WORDS YOU SHOULD USE:
““I’ve heard some great things about you/your business.”
WHEN TO SAY IT: Use this when meeting someone at work or in a social setting. Using this line feeds the desire that everybody has to be widely known and well regarded, even if it’s only on a local level. Letting someone know that they’re liked by others is an important way of getting them to like you. And you know that they’re just dying to ask, “So, uh, what great things have you heard?”
