The MVP at Sunday’s NBA All-Star Game is not shy about his plans after basketball. “I want to create a fashion empire,” says Russell Westbrook, 26, who made his first move in that direction with the recent introduction of an eyewear line. Westbrook’s personal taste in hip eyewear on the court got him a front-page article in the Wall Street Journal in 2012. In the past five years in professional basketball, says the Journal, “there has been no greater style icon than Westbrook.”
