(Press Release) LONDON – Mondottica International announced that it has merged with Mondottica USA. Mondottica USA, previously a franchise of the Mondottica Group of Companies, currently distributes Pepe Jeans, Hackett London, Anna Sui and Christian Lacroix under an exclusive distribution agreement with Mondottica International. Moving forward, the U.S. company will operate as a subsidiary of Mondottica International.
“We are pleased to be integrating the U.S. into the Mondottica Group. This merger strengthens our position globally and offers tremendous opportunity for growth,” says Michael Jardine, Mondottica’s founder and chairman.
“Partnering with Mondottica bolsters our ability to expand in the U.S. at a rapid pace and enhances our capacity to better serve our customers,” says Harvey Ross, founder and chairman of Mondottica USA. “This is a smart move for both companies that provides further support and stability from the group for sustained growth.”
The new leadership structure of Mondottica USA will consist of Harvey Ross serving as chairman, with Mondottica International Commercial Director Steve Tulba serving as CEO. Phil Turnage assumes the role of president and is responsible for the company’s operation and sales initiatives.
“The U.S. has a skilled and experienced team in place that will flourish with the further support of the group,” says Tulba. “I am excited to be working closely with Phil and the U.S. team to enhance support and service to our customers.”
Growth will be accelerated through the further development of a national sales team and broadening Mondottica’s brand portfolio in the U.S.
