ClearVision Optical Expands Aspire Eyewear with New Technology partnership


(Press Release) Hauppauge, NY – ClearVision Optical has partnered with Dassault Systems, a leading technology firm that specializes in 3D design platforms. In addition to ordering the standard collection, eyecare professionals will also be able to design their own pair of rimless frames with an easy to use web application on There will be a live demo of this technology at Vision Expo West whereby attendees can receive free customized frames.

ClearVision Optical also announces the expansion of the Aspire Eyewear collection with three-piece rimless and semi-rimless styles, continuing the company's design ethos that marries technology and high fashion.

The Aspire Custom three-piece rimless collection will be available in September. The collection is customizable to mix and match 12 standard and six limited edition colors. Made up of three nose piece shapes and three temple/tip options, this collection can be mixed and matched in over 100 million combinations.

The Aspire Custom collection will be sold as a kit including full board samples to showcase the 12 standard eye shapes and colors. Merchandising will include a display, as well as a consumer-facing counter card explaining the customization options. Reorders will be shipped in kit boxes with parts to be assembled by the eyecare professional. Each kit includes drilling guides for the 12 standard shapes.

Following the release of Aspire Custom, the Aspire semi-rimless collection launches in fall 2016 with models for men and women in luxurious customized prints and color combinations. ClearVision Optical has developed a unique system to hold the nylon cord (common in all semi-rimless designs) in place and prevent it from backing out.
