(Press Release) Kirk & Kirk will be showing the latest additions to the Kaleidoscope and Vivarium Collections at Vision Expo West in Las Vegas and at Silmo, Paris, in September.
The company is only two years old, but Jason and Karen Kirk have been creating eyewear since 1992.
The collections are already sold in independent opticians around the globe. For Spring/Summer 2017, Kirk & Kirk will be releasing two new shapes in the Kaleidoscope Collection, Frank and Gene.
The appearance of weight is counter-balanced by the lightweight acrylic that is used to hand-make the frames.
New colors include Midnight, a combination of charcoal grey and a flash of blue; Sunset, a warm brown with an orange accent; and Emerald, a combination of greens and violet that marries purple and pink.
The precious metal pins, handmade in the jewelry district of Birmingham, England, are available in either silver or 9-carat gold and their 3D aspect gives a subtle and unique identity to the Vivarium Collection. As well as the fly and the lion that have established themselves as firm favorites, the ram and the stallion were joined by a Springer Spaniel a couple of months ago. The company is introducing two new creatures this fall: the cobra and the alligator.
