Randolph Engineering Announces New Director of Engineering and Design

(Press Release) RANDOLPH, Mass. - Randolph Engineering, known for its hand-crafted American eyewear, welcomes Aaron Panone as its new director of engineering and design. Panone joins Randolph following six years of successful engineering and design collaborations with the company as a contractor.

Panone's interests in products, objects, manufacturing, and design have advanced over the last 10 years, steering him to develop as a specialist in mechanical design and creative solutions. His experiences as a machine tool operator, assembly floor worker, clean room technician, design engineer, eyewear manufacturer and small business owner have shaped his unique approach to product development and problem solving.

"I believe that I came to Randolph at exactly the right time," Aaron said. "After designing and producing my own line of eyewear, I was ready to step into a manufacturing house that shows firsthand how quality production on a large scale is possible. Since their inception in the early '70s, Randolph has been innovative in U.S. eyewear manufacturing, and because designing and building products using local goods is important to me, I am eager to fully invest in my new role. I look forward to utilizing the amazing resources within the factory and assisting on the team's innovative projects."

"Aaron is a welcome addition to the Randolph team," said Peter Waszkiewicz, president and CEO of Randolph Engineering, Inc. "We are a company that is constantly growing, and with Aaron's great proficiency in design and manufacturing, it will only open up new horizons for the Randolph brand."

As director of engineering and design, Aaron leads new product design and development, while continuing with the company's rich history of American engineering, manufacturing, and design.
