Walman Announces Acquisition of Nouveau Eyewear

(Press Release) Walman Optical Company has acquired Nouveau Eyewear, Inc. effective December 1, 2015.

Founded in 1985, Nouveau Eyewear is a leading provider of quality ophthalmic frames and sunwear to retailers, optical laboratories and independent opticians. Nouveau Eyewear was previously a portfolio company of SunTx Capital Partners based in Dallas.
Nouveau Eyewear joins the Walman family of divisions which include: Walman Optical, Walman Instruments, Rite-Style Optical, ImageWear, ADO Practice Solutions, Ultra Optics, and X-Cel Specialty Contact Lenses.

Nouveau Eyewear will continue to operate from its current headquarters in Carrollton, TX.
