In addition to supportive and loving family and friends, there are a bunch of things I’ve realized I am grateful for lately. I am grateful for Madison Reed, Amazon and Butcher Box, all of which delivered the life to which I have become accustomed directly to my door when salons and grocery stores became challenged. I am grateful for dark sunglasses that hide the fact I’ve completely given up on makeup. I am grateful for my grumpy, old man rescue, Jet, who vocally lets me know I need to grab those sunglasses and take him for a walk several times a day. I am grateful for Wi-Fi, which allows me to do my job from anywhere … even a rented beach house for a few months. I am grateful to the USPS that delivered my absentee ballot just in time to catch me before I moved to that beach house. I am grateful for carbs, even if my scale is not. And I am grateful for my Peloton finally arriving so I could tell my scale to shut its stupid mouth!
