(PRESS RELEASE) DALLAS, TX — Acuity Eyecare Group, an owner and operator of leading North American eyecare groups and optometry practices, announced that it has acquired EyeCare Consultants, a provider of optometry services and vision care products in Centennial, CO.
Since 1975, EyeCare Consultants has been committed to improving the quality of life among the Centennial community through enhanced vision. The practice specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide array of eye diseases, conditions, and problems using advanced diagnostic technology and vision correction products. EyeCare Consultants doctors include John L. Schachet, OD, Vasi Alevras-Sztukowski, OD, William P. Breen, OD, Jessica Colpitt, OD, and Ilene Siringo, OD.
EyeCare Consultants is the 18th Colorado-based practice in AEG’s growing network under multiple eyecare brands.
