A Wisconsin man has been charged with practicing optometry without a license.

Lee Hagopian, of Kenosha County, recently turned himself in, WITI-TV reports. He posted a $2,500 bond and was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 21.

Hagopian, 53, has been convicted of practicing optometry without a license before, in 2021. In the current case, he’s also charged with misdemeanor theft, according to WITI.

A criminal complaint indicates that Hagopian was practicing optometry through a business called Next Day Glasses and Contacts.
