Courter brings over a decade of experience in the construction and industrial sectors to her new role, having excelled in previous positions at Guardian Fall Protection, a leading manufacturer of fall arrest systems.
In her tenure at Guardian, Courter consistently surpassed sales targets and successfully expanded the business in her territory every year. Her role as Regional Account Manager included managing high-profile accounts such as Airgas, ABC Supply, and Grainger, attesting to her deep expertise in the Midwest market.
