Bollé Safety Adds to Sales, Marketing and Executive Teams

Brand expands commitment to North American market.

(PRESS RELEASE) CARLSBAD, CA — Bollé Safety is taking steps to strengthen its foothold in the North American market with key appointments in its sales, marketing and product and business development divisions. To bolster North American sales, Bollé Safety, a leader in eyewear performance and safety in the workplace, has added talent across key divisions with the addition of four new hires.

“We have high expectations that this new management structure will facilitate one team working together with one vision, one goal and one common understanding,” said Peter Smith, CEO of Bollé Brands Group.

Anne-Sophie François-Roumazeille, who previously served as the brand’s global marketing director, has been promoted to the position of vice-president of brand (Product & Marketing). In her role, she will be leading the brand strategy and its deployment through trade marketing and active multi-channel communication campaigns; leading the product innovation pipeline; and managing the product and marketing teams–all towards driving performance, innovation, and style within Bollé Safety.

Shane Forman joins Bollé Safety as business development manager for the North East Division. Forman brings 22 years of B2B sales experience including 12 years at the global industrial supplies company, Fastenal; followed by nearly a decade at the manufacturing training and consulting organization, JDF Associates (One Solution).

Ryan Pappas continues his work within Bollé Brands Group as the Bollé safety national account manager in Rx. Previously he was the outside optical sales representative in Northern California. Pappas brings over 20 years of sales experience and will use his expertise to expand the Bollé Safety prescription lens and frame business.

Joey Cocciardi joins Bollé Safety as the national account manager in Healthcare. Previously, Cocciardi worked in key account management and business development for HD Supply Healthcare, Pine Environmental, Multivac, Rockwell Automation and Delta-Q Technologies where he consistently demonstrated impressive territory and vertical growth. Cocciardi will now be responsible for growing the Bollé Safety presence in the lucrative healthcare market across North America. Joey will report to Brian Barry, vice president of sales – The Americas.
