Police are investigating a burglary in which a thief broke into the Eyecare Associates optometry practice in Salina, KS and made off with 70 designer sunglasses worth more than $20,000, the Hays Post reports. The article says that the thief broke a glass door to gain entry to the building, proceeding to steal 50 Oakley frames and 20 Caviari frames along with $150 in cash. The damage done to the door and display case is estimated at $2,000.
