(PRESS RELEASE) For the second year in a row, CooperVision has been recognized as Company of the Year by a chapter of the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM). The 2025 award from the Colorado Chapter honors CooperVision’s sustained commitment to global supply chain excellence through professional development and certification across its operations.
The annual honor, awarded unanimously by the ASCM Colorado Board of Directors, celebrates CooperVision’s sponsorship of 49 Global Supply Chain (GSC) employees across seven countries in earning the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification—one of the industry’s most respected credentials. The intensive six-month program includes a live virtual instruction, independent study, and final exam, all completed outside of working hours.
Participants from CooperVision sites in the United States, United Kingdom, Puerto Rico, Singapore, and Hungary engaged in a cohort-based learning experience designed to foster collaboration, strengthen planning expertise, and enhance global operational consistency.
“Through a partnership with two ASCM chapters, we’ve invested in our team’s long-term growth while increasing the agility of our global supply chain,” said Krystal McGuinness, Senior Human Resources Manager, who accepted the award alongside Christiana Moore, Head of Global Planning, during a virtual ceremony on May 21. Moore also participated in the most recent training cohort and earned CSCP certification.
The recognition follows CooperVision’s 2024 Company of the Year award from the ASCM Rochester (N.Y.) Chapter.
As a global leader in contact lens innovation, CooperVision’s investment in supply chain certification directly supports its mission to help improve the way people see each day—ensuring advanced products are delivered efficiently and reliably to eye care professionals and contact lens wearers around the world.
