(PRESS RELEASE) As COVID-19 cases surge in many areas of the U.S., hospital workers are still very much on the front lines of care. During this time, CooperVision remains committed to helping eye care professionals provide necessary support to these patients through its Essential Hospital Workers Complimentary Contact Lens Program, and has now extended the deadline for the program to August 31, 2020.

The program is designed for eye care professionals who would like to offer complimentary lenses to their patients who are essential hospital workers in their communities, if they choose to do so. Through the program, CooperVision provides the lenses—one box per eye, per patient—to ECPs at no cost.
