With more than two decades of experience across the optical industry, Milam has held leadership roles at Morel Eyewear and Etnia Barcelona, where he helped drive strong year-over-year sales growth. He is a licensed optician and a certified speaker for the American Board of Opticians. Industry coverage of his tenure at Morel noted that he brings “a wealth of experience in the eyewear industry”.

In his new role Milam will guide De Rigo Rem’s sales strategy and partner network, strengthening the company’s relationships with eyecare professionals and retailers.
