Do You Or Don’t You: Play Music in Your Business?

I find it lightens the mood of the guests to hear the music that they want to hear. For that reason we ask our guests what specific music they would like to hear as we get seated in the examination room. We then record that information so the next time they come in to the office we go back to the station on Pandora we know they liked the last time they were in.
