(Press Release) Essilor is now taking applications for its 2017 summer intern program.
The company has an opportunity for one first-year optometry student and one student who has just completed his or her fourth year of optometry school.
Qualified first-year candidates will have completed their first year of education in optometry in the U.S., Canada or Puerto Rico and be able to live and work in Dallas, TX, from May 30 through Aug. 1, 2017. Qualified graduate student candidates will have just completed their fourth year of optometry school (2017 graduate) in the U.S., Canada or Puerto Rico and be available to live and work in Dallas from May 30 through Aug. 2, 2017. Both internships are paid positions and include living costs and accommodations.
How to Apply
Qualified candidates will need to submit a resume along with a video no longer than three minutes in length detailing their qualifications and desire for the internship. Videos can be submitted via Dropbox or equivalent file sharing program. Resumes, videos and contact information should be sent to ODinternship@essilorusa.com.

Applications will be accepted through Feb. 15 and interviews will be conducted until March 15. The recipient of each internship will be notified on March 20, 2017.
