Northcott’s journey to becoming RAEN’s CEO is marked by a deep commitment to operational excellence and strategic growth. As CFO, he drove key initiatives across all teams, improving operational efficiency, inventory management, and financial planning, laying a solid foundation for RAEN’s future.

Jesse’s journey began in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a Sergeant, instilling in him a disciplined, mission-focused approach and a relentless commitment to excellence. Before stepping into his current role, Jesse served as the chief financial officer at RAEN and Linksoul, where he played a critical role in steering business strategies and ensuring operational excellence. His tenure at Razer Inc. as deputy general manager and head of finance and accounting for the Americas, along with pivotal positions at Blizzard Entertainment, VOLCOM, Quiksilver, Lakai Footwear/Girl Skateboards, and DC Shoes, has solidified his reputation as a dynamic leader capable of driving growth and profitability.
