Order calls for him to be “coercively incarcerated” until he answers questions regarding legal dispute.

An arrest warrant for Rudolf Suter, the ex-CEO of lens and eyewear manufacturer PFO Global, was issued by a federal judge in Dallas as part of a civil contempt order regarding a protracted legal dispute, Vision Monday writes.

The article cites the original report from The Texas Lawbook, which says the order “calls for Suter to be ‘coercively incarcerated’ until he responds under oath to questions brought in a lawsuit by Peter Denton and an investment group that are seeking payments from Suter in connection with failed investments they made in a now defunct Swiss company, Optixx AG.” Speaking with Vision Monday, Suter said that “I will get this out of my way within the next 10 days.”

Three days before the civil contempt order was issued, PFO Global announced that Matt Cevasco would succeed Suter as CEO.
