There is an optometrist clinic nearby, about a three-minute walk from us. A patient comes in saying he has an appointment and after looking at our schedule we point out that he doesn’t have one with us. He’s quite confused, but we finally concluded he had an appointment at the competitor clinic close by. He thanked us and left. A short time later he returned and said he’d like to book an appointment. Evidently, he didn’t have a good experience at our competitor and wanted to give us a try.
