(PRESS RELEASE) Over the past few weeks, we have been carefully balancing our commitment to the Ray-Ban community with our desire to be part of the world’s efforts to “flatten the curve” of COVID-19.

We’re writing to let you know that after careful consideration, we’ve made the decision to temporarily close all of our Ray-Ban retail stores across North America.

Our hope is that in taking this action, we will do our part to limit interaction and exposure between customers and among our own employees. These are unprecedented times we’re living in and while closing our doors is not easy, we believe it is the right thing to do on behalf of our customers and employees.

During these next few weeks, we will lean on our digital world to carry the Ray-Ban experience. You will find an endless aisle – and maybe even a moment of reprieve – at www.ray-ban.com. We will continue offering free standard shipping and free returns will be available on all online orders.
