EyeCare Partners LLC, a network of medical optometry and ophthalmology practices, could be sold this year.
Its owner, FFL Partners, has begun a sale effort, PE Hub reports.
The firm expects to receive bids over the next two weeks and ink a deal in December, according to the publication, which cited “several sources familiar with the matter.”
EyeCare Partners operates practices in a dozen states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio, North Carolina, Indiana and Michigan.
