HEA and Williams Group Announce Creation of PracticeAdvantage

HEA PracticeAdvantage encompasses a unique array of advisory services and business tools to assist independent eye care professionals (IECPs) in building their ideal practice. The program takes a customized approach to developing and executing a game plan that guides the future direction of the practice, based upon current performance trends, the owner’s goals, priorities, and local market factors.
