Hilco Acquires Eyecare Product Company

Bruder’s core products include eye compresses and lid hygiene cleansers.




PLAINVILLE, MA – Hilco Vision has acquired Bruder Healthcare LLC.

The deal was effective Sept. 17. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Bruder has delivered therapeutic and ophthalmic products to medical professionals and consumers for more than 35 years, with a focus on dry eye and other ocular surface conditions. The company’s core products, available under the Bruder and Thermalon brands, include eye compresses and lid hygiene cleansers.

The business will continue to be based in Alpharetta, GA.
