Leading people and watching their lives improve, and impacting the community rank in his top three. But with the “likes” comes the “dislikes” and those come as no surprise to many ECPs: “Managed care. Needless administrative burdens. And not delivering what we promised,” top the list there. But at the end of the day, there is a long walk with his wife and two boys, as well as writing to “unload [his] mind from the stress of the day.”
