Innovega Moves to Expanded Facility

Dear Innovega Shareholders and Enthusiasts,

It is my great pleasure to confirm that the Innovega team completed the buildout of our new facilities and are midway in the process of equipping all the labs, offices and clinic with the equipment and furnishings that prepare us for the commercial phases of our growth. This achievement was made possible by funding from our 2021 Crowdfund Regulation A+ and the approximately 2500 shareholders who made it happen.

The move-in will be completed on May 6 and with minimal interruption of our clinical contact lens production, contact lens process engineering, and eyewear development. This new custom-built space is four times larger than our previous space. It includes a larger contact lens fabrication lab and dedicated engineering space that will accelerate development of leading-edge optics, electronics, and precision mechanics. The new facility includes a fully-equipped clinic for internal fast-turn feasibility clinical observations that enable evaluation of our contact lenses and eyewear designs with much greater efficiency.

Our new facility will enable us to maintain our pace of innovation and to meet the needs of strategic partners and licensees with whom Innovega will collaborate to lead each commercial application.
