Global luxury powerhouse LVMH (Paris) has named new CEOs at two of its units. Pietro Beccari, who headed Christian Dior Couture since 2018, moves over to become Chairman and CEO of Louis Vuitton, and Delphine Arnault, Executive VP of Louis Vuitton since 2013, will succeed him in those titles at Dior.

Bernard Arnault, Founder, Chairman and CEO of LVMH, said he is confident Beccari “will lead Louis Vuitton to the next level of success and desirability” and that Delphine Anault’s “keen insights and incomparable experience will be decisive assets in driving the ongoing development of Christian Dior.”

Delphine Arnault is Bernard Arnault’s daughter. In addition, Business Insider reports, four of her brothers also work across LVMH and its brands: Antoine is CEO of Christian Dior SE, the holding company the family uses to control LVMH; Alexandre is an executive VP at Tiffany & Co; Frédéric is the CEO of Tag Heuer; and Jean is the director of watches development and marketing at Louis Vuitton. Antoine and Delphine also sit on LVMH’s board.

In addition to the CEO appointments, LVMH said after spending 10 years as the head of Louis Vuitton and guiding the successful integration of Tiffany & Co., Michael Burke will take up new responsibilities, reporting directly to Bernard Arnault; Charles Delapalme, Executive VP of Christian Dior Couture since 2018, will become Dior’s Managing Director; and Stéphane Bianchi, Chairman and CEO of the Watches & Jewelry Division, will now also oversee Tiffany and Repossi, which join that division.

All the above changes are effective Feb. 1.
