(PRESS RELEASE) NEW YORK, NY — Marchon Eyewear, Inc., one of the world’s largest manufacturers and distributors of quality eyewear and sunglasses, and Reserva, the Brazilian AR&Co Group’s menswear brand, announced that they have entered into a licensing agreement for eyewear exclusively in Brazil.
This agreement is for the design, development, production, and distribution of ophthalmic and sunglass collections under the Reserva name, a highly recognizable brand in Brazil. The sunglasses and optical frames will be designed with a classic yet modern approach, with exclusive designs to complement the brand’s latest direction.
The first eyewear assortment is designed for adults, with a mix of men’s and unisex styles available beginning in 2025 in select opticians and on usereserva.com.
“We are thrilled to partner with Reserva, offering classic yet fashion-forward eyewear to new and existing customers in Brazil,” said Gabriele Bonapersona, chief brand officer for Marchon Eyewear, Inc. “We are excited to create new eyewear frames that will continue to drive the Reserva business forward.”
“The association with Marchon will allow us to expand our presence in the optical segment, with a significant leap in product design and technology, entry into the ‘prescription glasses’ category, as well as greater capillarity in distribution. We have combined customer demand with an opportunity for the brand to grow in this segment,” says Pedro Cardoso, Reserva’s new business director.
