Marketing4ECPs Acquires Innexus

Innexus provides solutions including website design, social media and digital advertising.

Calgary, AB — Marketing4ECPs announced that it has acquired Innexus, a marketing firm specializing in the eyecare industry.

“We share the same passion for supporting the growth and profitability of eye care practices across North America. Our core values, purpose, and vision align as organizations,” said Kevin Wilhelm, Marketing4ECPs co-founder and CEO. “We are pleased to merge our network of resources and expertise for our mutual clients.”

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Innexus provides solutions including website design, social media and digital advertising.

Innereactive, the parent company of Innexus, was founded in 2003 by industry expert,
speaker and thought-leader Samantha Toth. While Innereactive will remain under full
ownership of Toth, the separate division of Innexus that began in 2009 will join the
Marketing4ECPs family.

“The decision to split Innereactive and Innexus into two separate divisions was difficult, but I’m extremely excited for both the team and members of Innexus to have the opportunity to join the Marketing4ECPs family,” Toth said. “A lot of purposeful thought and collaboration went into this decision, and I couldn’t be happier to have found the right home for Innexus.”

Over the past two decades, Innexus has helped over 1,000 eyecare practices across North America grow their patient bases, brand recognition and overall profitability.

Trudi Charest, co-founder of Marketing4ECPs, said of the acquisition, “This change will only benefit our members, and the industry as a whole.”
