Stirling Barrett, KREWE, New Orleans, LA
Stirling is creative director and founder of KREWE, an eyewear brand inspired by New Orleans culture that celebrates individual style with modern iconic frames. A CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Runner-Up, KREWE is a self-funded firm with over 65 employees and more than $15M in revenue. KREWE’s sun and optical eyewear is sold at its stores in New Orleans’ historic French Quarter and Lower Garden District, and New York’s Soho neighborhood, as well as its traveling “Tiny Houses” and over 500 U.S. and global retailers.

Leigh and Todd Rogers Berberian, Todd Rogers Eyewear, Andover, MA
Todd is a veteran optician and eyewear designer. His namesake Andover-based store, Todd Rogers Eyewear (toddrogerseyewear.com), was the 2018 winner of INVISION’s America’s Finest Optical Retailers contest. He is known industry-wide as a champion of both the independent optician and optical shop. Leigh is an “ad girl” who married into opticianry after a fateful trip to the bank in which she bumped into Todd Rogers Berberian, RDO. As director of marketing for the Todd Rogers Store and the Todd Rogers Brand, she’s learned a thing or two about eyewear—both the business and the art of it all.

Bill Gerber, OMG! and Contentlinq, San Diego, CA
With more than 30 years in optical industry sales and merchandising, Bill is the founder and CEO of OMG! Optical Marketing Group (omghome.net), a leading practice design and branding firm, and Contentlinq (contentlinq.com), a new system that enables a full interactive digital experience in a practice or retail environment. When not at industry events or visiting clients, he enjoys yoga, skiing, and drumming.

Beverly Suliteanu, Westgroupe, Ville St-Laurent, Québec, Canada
In 1994, after a stint in the pharmaceutical industry, Beverly Suliteanu joined her family’s Westgroupe business. She has held key positions in sales and purchasing and is currently vice president of product development overseeing development, design and manufacturing of proprietary eyewear brands as well as ensuring the proper product mix within the company’s brand portfolio. Beverly’s design perspective is influenced by trends in fashion and interior design, as well as her love of travel.

Nathan Troxell, PPG, Pittsburgh, PA
After a few years developing ECP promotions, trade and retail marketing for Transitions Optical, Nathan escaped optical to drive digital, e-commerce and in-store marketing for American Eagle Outfitters. But he couldn’t stay away and joined PPG (ppg.com) where he is global marketing manager working with lens companies, labs, retailers and ECPs to promote PPG’s optical materials. He serves as chair of the marketing communications committee of The Vision Council (thevisioncouncil.org), and can be found at industry events losing hockey bets while supporting the Pittsburgh Penguins.
