To its shops in Palm Beach, Bal Harbour, Aspen and Beverly Hills, custom-eyewear chain Morgenthal Frederics has added a fourth outlet in New York City with the opening of a flashy new flagship on Madison Avenue. Holding forth at the store’s grand opening party, head designer Jeff Press called this “an amazing time in the eyewear industry. There are so many amazing choices that continue to highlight the evolution of the design and technology in the industry … I truly believe eyewear has never had a brighter period than right now.”
