Sports association wins lawsuit against Lauren brand.

The United States Polo Association can go back to selling sunglasses with a logo resembling that of the Ralph Lauren Polo brand. The organization, which sold nearly a million pair of the glasses from 2009 to 2012, stopped producing them because a court ruled against them in a trademark suit brought by the other Polo, but an appeals court overturned that ruling last week.
