Know where you’re going. Each year we develop a strategic plan and assess our area, patients, and competition, along with checking out if we still align with our vendors’ plans. We want to align ourselves with vendors that have our goals and patients’ best interests in mind. We brainstorm ideas, strengthen weaknesses and look for ways to achieve our goals.
