Precision Eyewear Testing & Inspection Services Co. is a privately owned testing laboratory in China with a certified and trained inspection team, providing various inspection services for customers. It’s the first eyewear inspection services provider accredited by the China National Accreditation Board for Conformity Assessment. The accredited capabilities cover sunglasses, spectacle frames, reading glasses, safety spectacles, ophthalmic lenses, swimming goggles and ski goggles.

Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
PSI is conducted when goods are 100 percent completed and ready for shipment. It protects the importers from international trade risks. PEL inspectors randomly check samples from finished goods according to the international statistical standard, known as ISO2859-1. Finished products are confirmed in full compliance with customers’ specifications. Customers then receive English inspection reports with particular photographs for their final decisions on shipments.

PEL handles inspection processes but also the filing of relevant production documents, which include testing reports, certificates, component data tables, manuals, labels, product pictures, etc., for preliminary examination and authentication.
Customized Inspection Plan Service
In order to meet customers’ specific inspection requirements, PEL offers customized inspection services from Incoming Quality Control (IQC) to During Production Inspection (DUPRO) and the monitoring process during the whole supply chain. PEL guarantees importer products.
