(PRESS RELEASE) PADUA/NEW YORK — Safilo Group – one of the eyewear industry’s key players in the design, manufacturing and distribution of prescription frames, sunglasses, outdoor eyewear, goggles and helmets – and rag & bone announce the renewal of a multi-year global licensing agreement for men’s and women’s sunglasses and optical frames. The two companies’ first five-year licensing agreement commenced January 2018 and the renewal will be effective as of January 2023.
