See it Like Beckham
Safilo Group and David Beckham have signed a global 10-year agreement for the eponymous license for sunglasses and prescription glasses. “I wear sunglasses all the time and this is a category that I love,” said Beckham (pictured with Angelo Trocchia, CEO of Safilo Group). “I’m really enjoying the process of creating a collection with the Safilo team and I can’t wait to launch it next year.” The first David Beckham eyewear collection will launch in January 2020. safilo.com

They discovered that there is information in retina imaging data that can help to assess glaucoma’s presence. This could one day help professionals to better predict the progression and onset of the disease — without the need for multiple and time-intensive tests — and adjust treatments accordingly. invisionmag.com/061902
