Canadian eyewear firm is raising funds for charity effort.

Canadian firm eSight, which produces eyewear that helps the legally blind to see, is on a publicity roll with heartwarming back-to-back success stories in the world media. The glasses are equipped with a video camera that enhances images “seen” by the wearer and projects them onto high-definition screens in front of the wearer’s eyes. Last week, eSight glasses enabled a 29-year-old Canadian mother to see her baby for the first time.
