Aloha’s interface is user friendly and customizable. The decision [to switch to it] was easy. The biggest impact has been in the number of online reviews we get now. We went from one every three to four months to multiple reviews every month! The two-way texting and online scheduling/intake forms are fantastic. I also love being able to see my schedule from my phone when I’m at home. AI currently assists in transferring intake forms to be mobile-friendly, insurance verification, optical inventory mapping for copay calculations, and running campaigns if a patient hasn’t filled out their forms yet or has expiring benefits.

I like the convenience of doing everything with Barti’s software, especially since I handle everything myself. It includes my business phone, my merchant services, and even built my website. I see a lot of Spanish-speaking patients and the AI Scribe, in the Copilot plan, not only records our conversations and includes a summary but also translates it. It’s been amazing. When I log in, I always say “yes” to the prompt asking to turn on my microphone. It records what I’m saying and puts it in the chart too. It’s advanced technology, but there’s still a human available if you need support.
