(PRESS RELEASE) ALEXANDRIA, VA – The Vision Council announces that the 2021 Executive Summit will take place Jan. 26-28, 2021. Presented under the banner of “An OPTImistic View of the Future,” the 2021 Executive Summit will be conducted in a virtual format designed to accommodate the needs of attendees from around the globe.
“While we would typically be looking forward to gathering in person for this important annual event, The Vision Council is committed to offering the same unparalleled opportunities for meaningful networking and leadership development to the leaders of our community. We’re demonstrating this commitment by partnering with a cutting-edge virtual platform to host the 2021 Executive Summit in a completely new way,” said Ashley Mills, CEO of The Vision Council. “Knowing that the community needs ways to connect, learn and conduct business together more than ever before, we look forward to announcing the exciting line-up of speakers and carefully curated presentation and panel topics in the coming weeks.”
Over the course of three days, The Executive Summit will illuminate the state of the industry, spotlight key business trends and present concrete approaches to confronting the evolving challenges of the marketplace through a robust schedule of engaging presentations, interactive panels and personalized networking sessions. To ensure high-quality networking and dynamic opportunities for connection, The Vision Council is partnering with a leading virtual platform equipped with customizable tools and capabilities, including virtual breakout rooms for groups of various sizes.
The Executive Summit will kick off on Tuesday, Jan. 26, with a welcome reception hosted by Ashley Mills, The Vision Council’s CEO, from 4-5:30 p.m. EST and will continue over the next two days with presentations from business leaders both within the vision care community and from other industries. Programming will begin at 11:30 a.m. EST on both Wednesday, Jan. 27, and Thursday, Jan. 28, with the final presentations set to conclude by 5 p.m. EST both days. Schedule is subject to change.
The event is open to both members of The Vision Council and non-members, with members eligible for special members-only pricing.
