(PRESS RELEASE) The Vision Council reminds members that there is still time to participate in The Vision Council’s 2020 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Survey. The confidential survey is open until Monday, Nov. 23.

Click here to take the survey.

Developed in partnership with Nonprofit HR, one of the leading full-service human resources firms focused exclusively on the nonprofit sector with expertise in DEI consulting, the custom survey is intended to benchmark the vision care leadership landscape in order to help organizations within the industry identify opportunities they have to promote diversity, cultivate talent and improve their performance.

100 survey participants will receive a copy of Uncomfortable Conversations with a Black Man, the highly anticipated book written by former NFL linebacker Emmanuel Acho, who is slated to be one of the keynote speakers at The Vision Council’s upcoming Executive Summit, taking place for the first time in a completely virtual format from January 26–28, 2021.

During the 2021 Executive Summit, an analysis of the 2020 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion survey will be presented to attendees. To register for The Executive Summit, click here.

Members are strongly encouraged to share the survey within their organizations. For access to shareable emails and newsletters that can be deployed to your constituents, sample social media posts and other resources encouraging survey participation, click here.
