This self-proclaimed “Mexi-rrican American” feels fortunate to have a diverse background, which helps her serve her community in Chicago. “I love getting to know my A+ clients better. What do they read? What are their hobbies? Where do they hang out? I want to connect with them all year long with marketing messages that align with their lifestyle.” And efficiency is her favorite, “Creating better processes and procedures for staff to work smarter, not harder,” Diana says. But lo, beware the customer who turns to “Lord Google” with a complaint. “I hate when people rant or give bad reviews online but never said a word to us face to face. They aren’t able to fix any issues in my practice. Why not tell us so we can help?” But she has no shortage of ways to unwind. “My favorite things to do are visit museums, art galleries, comedy and jazz clubs, and rooftop bars. Chicago is such a melting pot of culture, diverse food and entertainment that the possibilities are endless.”
