(PRESS RELEASE) NEW YORK — Valerie Chianuri, General Counsel and Head of People and Operations at the computational design and engineering software company, nTopology Inc. (nTop), has joined the Board of Directors of Lighthouse Guild, the leading not-for-profit vision and healthcare organization.
A legal and operational expert with over two decades of experience in the financial and technology industries, Ms. Chianuri is responsible for strategy and oversight of the legal, compliance, information security, and people operations functions at nTop. Prior to nTop, she held similar roles at several high-growth technology companies.

Ms. Chianuri pivoted to law following a career in financial services at American Express and Deloitte where she focused on business transformation strategies in compliance, corporate governance and IT risk. She has extensive experience serving as a trusted strategic legal and operational advisor with a focus on accomplishing long-term business goals, sustainable revenue generation and results-driven leadership.
