(PRESS RELEASE) SPRINGFIELD, OR — Valley Contax, Inc., an ISO-13485 certified manufacturer of specialty contact lenses, announces its 40th anniversary, officially taking place June 1, 2021. The company has decided to make a year of celebration for such a milestone in its history.
Throughout this anniversary year, the company will pay tribute to Valley Contax’s many accomplishments during the past forty years as they strategize and plan for the next decade. “Most important to us as we embrace our future is that we keep our focus on what we do best. Manufacturing premium specialty lenses, providing valuable education, and honoring the great relationships that we have built over time with our amazing customers,” said Janice Adams, president.
The company is known for many specialty lens designs, such as its flagship scleral lens, the Custom Stable Elite, and the Golden Eye AFM, a very successful corneal gas permeable multifocal. Most recently, Valley Contax and OVITZ Corporation have launched the ARES HOA Lens, a design using groundbreaking technology to systematically correct higher-order aberration optics with the OVITZ XWave aberrometry system. Just as exciting, the company has additional projects that are currently in development with plans for unveiling them later this year.
