(PRESS RELEASE) SAN DIEGO, CA — Shamir announces its partnership with Vision Benefits of America, Inc. (VBA), a commercial group benefits organization, in the VBA/Shamir Pandemic Assistance Program.
To assist in-network ECPs who have endured more complicated operations over the past year, VBA and Shamir will distribute pandemic relief funds to those currently participating in the Shamir RCPV program, and those who have not yet enrolled in the RCPV program.

As a nonprofit, VBA was founded by independent optometrists in the state of Pennsylvania to offer low-cost eyecare to Pennsylvania residents.
