International Vision Expo East in New York City and International Vision Expo West in Las Vegas have been named to the Trade Show News Network’s Top 250 Trade Shows in the United States list for 2016.
The list represents the top 250 trade shows held last year in the U.S. ranked by net square footage.
International Vision Expo East 2017 runs March 31–April 2 at the Javits Center in New York. Education began on March 30. Reed Exhibitions and The Vision Council are co-owners of the International Vision Expo & Conference.

Ashley Mills, CEO of The Vision Council, said the recognition “underscores the relevance of the vision industry, and its constant evolution.”
“Our industry is unique, and our members range from high fashion brands to innovators in technology,” Mills said. “Our attendees reflect that diversity as well, encompassing retail, fashion, healthcare and medicine to empower people to live better lives through better vision.”
Both International Vision Expo East (ranked 78) and International Vision Expo West (ranked 120) competed with a wide range of industries to make the list, including gift and home furnishings markets, aircraft, retail, commercial real estate, construction equipment and automotive special products.
