(PRESS RELEASE) RANCHO CORDOVA, CA — As part of its ongoing efforts to support private practice optometry, VSP Vision announced a robust new program with Vision One Credit Union, offering a variety of loan options for practices looking to accelerate growth opportunities.
Available to all VSP network practices, Vision One Credit Union private practice loan financing, powered by VSP Vision, will provide financing for practice expansion and renovations, purchases of existing practices, funding for retinal imaging equipment and more. Additionally, special loan reductions will be provided for practices participating in the VSP Premier Edge program, including 0.6% interest rate reduction on retinal imaging equipment loans. PECAA Max members will receive a 1% interest rate reduction on all loan types.

The new program builds on VSP Vision and Vision One Credit Union’s longstanding support of private practice, with more than $192 million in loans provided over the past 22 years.

- VSP Premier Edge Marketing Campaign: To help increase patient flow to practice locations, a national digital advertising campaign will highlight the benefits of choosing a Premier Edge practice, including unique offerings like the Premier Edge Promise, a worry-free eyewear guarantee that allows them to replace their glasses at no cost to the practice, as well as rebates on contact lenses and eyewear savings. The campaign will run nationally from September – November across digital display ads, digital video, and social media.
- Vision Rescue: Vision Rescue will help practices access (and receive exclusive offers through) its turnkey platform featuring a wide range of over-the-counter (OTC) eye care products, in-office kiosks, and patient ordering technology. These tools empower doctors to seamlessly recommend and distribute treatments, improve patient follow-through, and differentiate their practices in competitive local markets.
- Alcon VSP Patient Rebate: Announcing a new stackable rebate for VSP patients, new and existing wearers can save up to $325 on Select Alcon WaterInnovations Contact Lenses when they purchase an annual supply of eligible Alcon contact lenses from a provider participating in Premier Edge.
These investments are the latest examples of VSP’s ongoing support for private practice. The company recently announced the extension of the VSP Vision Exam Rebate through 2026, and that it will simplify and enhance its provider programs. Earlier this year, VSP Vision also announced it would not raise prices on Marchon, Altair, and Unity products in response to tariffs through the end of 2025.
