Brand’s first sunglass line may be coming this year.
With conventional wristwatch sales slow this year – in part because of the release of the much-heralded Apple Watch, says a report by Bloomberg — Swatch Group plans to start selling sunglasses under its namesake brand as soon as this year. “A collection called Swatch Eyes will probably be Italian made, and will be better than the glasses the brand tried selling in the 1990s,” says the report.
