DENVER – XX2i Optics, winner of Outside Magazine’s “Killer Value” award, has announced the launch of its newest performance sunglass: the Hawaii1. Featuring lightweight carbon temple arms and polarized lenses which employ 8K Optical technology, the Hawaii1 aims to ensure durability and clarity while weighing in at a mere 0.80 ounces.
“We’re proud of how well the new Hawaii1 model blends aesthetics and performance, all at a price point our competitors can’t even touch for what you get,” says Paul Craig, President of XX2i Optics. “Our goal was to distill down absolutely necessary performance features like polarized lenses, available in brown and grey, and carbon fiber frame elements, into a package accessible by anyone. This is now the top tier of our line, and I know our athletes and weekend warriors will appreciate the thoughtful time and consideration that went into the design of this frame.’
The Hawaii1 also features a fully adjustable nosepiece combined with rubber temple tips. It’s available in three colors: matte black, matte tortoise, or matte white.
