I think 2023 is going to be challenging as we see patients hold on to their money a bit more (I saw this starting toward the end of 2022 and definitely carrying into 2023) while our operating costs go up. It will take constant vigilance, evaluation, and creativity to ensure we are still recommending what is best for our patients while at the same time being cognizant that we may need to offer value options at times. 2023 I believe is going to require a lot of adaptability. — Amber Fritsch, OD, Precision Eye Care, Mt.
